The Vacancy
ADAS, part of RSK Group, is seeking Senor / Principal Ecologists to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be hybrid, with travel to our Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities
- Working as a team with our existing ecologists to ensure quality projects are delivered on time to our clients
- Managing projects from inception to finalisation
- Talking to our clients and providing solid technical advice
- Helping to manage the team and develop our junior ecologist’s knowledge and skills
- Writing of technical reports including but not limited to, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments, Mitigation Strategies and Biodiversity Management Plans, Habitats Regulations Assessments Screening reports and protected species reports
- Technical review and approval of reports
Person Specification
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Graduate level education in a relevant subject
- One protected species licence
- Experience of Biodiversity Net Gain assessment and UKHAB
- Strong botanical skills (e.g NVC, Condition Assessments) (desirable)
- Associate Level CIEEM membership or above
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on skills, experience and level applied for
