Job Description
The School of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Ecology and Conservation to contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including our new BSc/MSci in Ecology and Conservation and MSc programme in Biodiversity and Conservation. This is a permanent teaching position, representing a commitment to the long-term support and development of the successful candidate.
We are looking for a scientist who has a genuine love for teaching, a capacity for innovation, and a strong collaborative ethic. You should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and experience of delivering teaching in Higher Education. You will have the ability to incorporate your knowledge and experience into exciting learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are particularly interested in colleagues who can support students’ employability for future careers in the environmental sector.
