Five Rivers Environmental Contracting Ltd is a specialist environmental construction company with our head office located in Wiltshire. Five Rivers is an industry leader delivering projects across the UK. We specialise in the in-house design and delivery of civil/environmental projects with works including (but not limited to) ecological mitigation, civil engineering projects, clearance works, river restorations, river re-alignments, floodplain re-connections and fish passes.

Purpose of Role/Key Objectives

To support all elements of terrestrial ecological team. Providing support to the Ecologist, Senior and Principal Ecologist in the management of all projects from an administrative perspective and be a central point of contact for all with oversight of the team.

IMS and builder storm

Quotation, tenders and frameworks

Support where required
Marketing
Case studies
Social media

Project planning

Project planning duties including but not limited to:

Produce RAMS
Book accommodation
Prepare survey equipment
Consent applications
Landowner / access
Produce survey maps

Project management

Support where required
Maintain project task schedule

Equipment maintenance / servicing / calibration

Ensure equipment is cared for, maintained and repaired as required
Ecology container is clean / tidy and maintained in line with IMS
Biosecurity of equipment in line with our policy
Ensure servicing schedule is met and records kept
Asset register and servicing schedule
Arrange for servicing / repair of assets by third parties where required

In house support

Support, if required, other functions of the business

Qualifications/Experience

Admin experience
MS Office
GIS would be beneficial

Hours of Work: 40 hrs a week however a flexible approach is essential as you may be needed to work outside of normal hours.
