Cornwall Wildlife Trust is currently recruiting a Farm Adviser to work with farmers and landowners across Cornwall to encourage and support sustainable land management practices and habitat enhancement or creation, while promoting food production.

It’s a very exciting time to work in the farm advice sector with the positive changes that are happening through Environmental Land Management Schemes and environmental funding opportunities. What is a Farm Adviser? At Cornwall Wildlife Trust we believe that there are many people working in environmental jobs that have the skills needed to be a Farm Adviser (including Ecologists, Agroecologists and Agronomists) currently working on public sector, private development project or agricultural enterprises. If you are a professional wondering if you could apply your experience to help support the transition to sustainable farming across our wider countryside (in Cornwall over 70% of the land is within agricultural ownership) then this opportunity could be of interest.

This role can be 4 days (30 hours) or 5 days a week (full-time 37.5 hours per week).
