The Role

Over the last 30 years, the company’s ecological practice has developed a strong reputation and proven track record as a leader in the field. The Major Projects Team was established to provide ecological support to high-value, long-term schemes across the country.

As Ecological Field Manager you will be working with some of our largest clients on major projects such as road, rail and overhead power schemes. Leading a team and often working on complex schemes with multiple protected species, you’ll act as the trusted link between the client, the fieldwork team, and business support functions.

In addition to overseeing the implementation of mitigation works, you’ll undertake a wide variety of field surveys and provide high-quality expert advice and recommendations to clients through written reports and verbal communication.
