About the Role:

To support our projects over the summer, we are looking to recruit at least one seasonal ecologist. At the moment this will be on a casual basis, but potentially extending into a full time role. • Experience of relevant survey techniques (e.g. bat surveys, badger bait marking, great crested newt surveys)
  • Experience working as a clerk of works highly desirable
  • BSc. or higher in related subject
  • Full UK Driving License (with own car)

Candidates must be positive, assertive and personable and driven. You will be able to present yourself well to others. You will be able to work to deadlines, follow instructions and apply common sense.

Your role will be principally field based  (lone working and with colleagues), with some element of helping collate reports, data searches and research, general office duties and care of equipment.

Location: Cambridge (with travel).
Salary: Dependent on experience, hourly rate.
