On joining this innovative, independent ecological consultancy you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects ranging from large mixed use residential developments to ground breaking infrastructure projects like HS2.

This role presents an opportunity to provide leadership to a team of ecologists, deliver high quality technical solutions and develop relationships with clients, both old and new.

Along with one of the Partners, you’ll play a key role in the management of staff within the Oxford office. As a member of the senior management team, you’ll also play a part in the future direction and growth strategy of the wider business.

About you:

As an experienced consultant ecologist you will have a track record in the delivery of project work, with a focus on the quality of advice delivered to your clients.

Business development is an important element of this role, so you will enjoy interacting with existing clients and forming relationships with new ones. Importantly, your CV will demonstrate your practical ability in applying policy and legislation to the delivery of your projects.

Research and development is an important work stream for our client, so they’ll be looking to you for ideas on what project to take on next! Our client have an excellent track record of retaining staff and there is scope for this role to progress into a Partnership.
