The ideal candidates will be positive, solution-focussed, and pragmatic, with proven consultancy experience and strong management and reporting skills necessary to deliver technical and professional project management. You will be comfortable working on small or major projects, contributing positively to their successful delivery through collaborative working, strong decision making and team work.

The successful candidates will hold relevant protected species survey licences and be confident field ecologists, with demonstrable experience of habitat and species surveys, habitat management/clerk of works role, mitigation design and Statutory Consultee negotiation. You will also have strong reporting skills and a good understanding of the planning system and environmental legislation.

In addition to the right qualifications and experience you will be a member of CIEEM (or eligible for membership) and hold a relevant first degree and ideally a post-graduate qualification. You will also be organised and personable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A full, clean driving licence is essential.
